Secure Facility

- Daily sanitization with child-safe products

Infant Safe Sleep
- All infants sleep on back, firm flat surface
- 15-minute physical sleep checks — always
- Documentation: date, name, time, staff initials
- No soft bedding, bumpers, or positioners
- Individual Sleeping Plan (LIC 9227) per infant
- Separate, sound-absorbing crib area
Staff Qualifications
- Director: Title 22 CCC Director qualified
- All teachers: minimum 12 ECE units
- Infant teachers: infant/toddler specialization
- Mandated Reporter training — all staff
- Annual in-service training
- Co-owners on-site and engaged daily
Emergency Preparedness
- LIC 610 Emergency Disaster Plan per component
- Earthquake preparedness checklist complete
- Two relocation sites within walking distance
- 3-day emergency supply inventory on-site
- Individual staff emergency roles assigned
- Drills 4× per year per component
